"Recertification felt surprisingly stress-free"
I used Save Lives for my recertification, i was relieved by how easy it ended up being. I always get a little anxious about these things taking too long or being confusing, but the lessons were clear and I got through everything faster than I expected. My card came through without any problems, which made the whole process feel worth it. I’d definitely use it again next time

"Passed it on my first try"
The exam was way easier than I expected, the questions were straightforward and nothing felt too tricky or overwhelming, so I just went through it calmly and ended up passing on my first try without really stressing about it.

"Billing Was Shockingly Painless"

"Useful reminders without the annoyance"
I liked the reminder emails because they actually helped me remember things I would’ve forgotten. They were simple, useful, and didn’t feel spammy or over the top.

"Onboarding felt more frustrating than it should’ve"
Getting started took way longer than I expected, and the whole onboarding process was confusing. It kind of felt like whenever something wasn’t clear, they made it my problem to figure out instead of guiding me through it.

"Works okay on mobile, but a little clunky"
I used Save Lives on my phone and it actually worked fine for the most part. A few pages took a bit longer to load, and some of the buttons felt kind of small to tap. It’s not bad overall, but the mobile experience could definitely be a little smoother.

"Pretty solid experience all around"
I was happy with savelives.com. The site was easy to figure out, and everything went through without much hassle, which is always a relief because most websites usually make things more complicated than they need to be. I had one small question and they got back to me faster than I expected. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely use them again.

"Actually really helpful study materials"
The study materials were easy to follow... like, not overly complicated or anything. I was able to go through everything at my own pace, and it made studying feel a lot less stressful. I passed, so yeah, definitely glad I used them.

"Wish I’d Tried It Sooner"
I’ve used savelives.com a few times now, it’s worked fine every time. The site loads without any issues, and I haven’t run into random errors or payment problems. Everything’s been smooth and easy to figure out. My only regret is not using it sooner, because it’s been way less of a hassle than I expected.

The site was okay to use overall, but honestly... the pricing kinda confused me!! I felt like I had to click around way too much just to figure out what I was actually going to be charged??? Some of the details were probably there somewhere, but they definitely didn’t feel obvious or upfront at first. It made me hesitate a bit and not fully trust going through with the order...

"Refund came through, but it took some chasing"
I did get my refund in the end, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I expected and I had to message them twice to follow up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just frustrating because a basic refund shouldn’t really need that much chasing. A little quicker communication would’ve been the decent thing to do

"Solid course that didn’t wear me out"
I’ve gone through a lot of courses lately, so I was a bit tired of the usual long-winded explanations and extra filler. This one was easy to follow, though. The sections were short, the examples helped, and it didn’t feel like I had to fight through a bunch of fluff to get to the point. Some parts were a little basic, but overall it was useful and helped me a lot
